Ingredients
- 2 oz Bacardi rum
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 2 tbsp water
- pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the pineapple into wedges, reserving one with the skin for decoration.
- Remove the skin from the pineapple and slice it to get 1/2 cup of pineapple.
- Crush the ice cubes in a blender.
- Add the crushed ice, pineapple, mango, Bacardi rum, lemon juice, and water to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour the mango daiquiri cocktail into a glass.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and serve chilled.
