Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bacardi rum
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • pineapple wedge for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple into wedges, reserving one with the skin for decoration.
  2. Remove the skin from the pineapple and slice it to get 1/2 cup of pineapple.
  3. Crush the ice cubes in a blender.
  4. Add the crushed ice, pineapple, mango, Bacardi rum, lemon juice, and water to the blender.
  5. Blend until smooth and thick.
  6. Pour the mango daiquiri cocktail into a glass.
  7. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and serve chilled.
