Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced fresh mango (from 1/2 mango)
  • 1/4 oz orgeat syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz aged rum
  • 1/2 oz orange curaçao liqueur
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 oz pineapple juice
  • Mango slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint sprig for optional garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients and a cocktail shaker.
  2. In the cocktail shaker, muddle the diced mango with orgeat syrup until the fruit is well-juiced.
  3. Add the aged rum, orange curaçao, lime juice, and pineapple juice to the shaker.
