Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz white rum
  • 0.50 oz Triple Sec
  • 1.50 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp turbinado cane sugar
  • Top with club soda
  • Ice
  • 1 watermelon cube, muddled

Instructions

  1. Muddle a cube of watermelon at the bottom of a small cocktail glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add white rum, Triple Sec, and pineapple juice.
  4. Stir in lime juice and turbinado cane sugar.
