Ingredients

  • 1/2 Ataulfo mango, cubed
  • 2 strawberries, sliced + extra for garnish
  • 1/2 passion fruit
  • 6 oz sauvignon blanc
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp white rum
  • 1 tbsp superfine sugar
  • Sparkling water
  • Fresh mint sprig
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Place mango cubes and sliced strawberries in a pitcher.
  2. Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop the seeds into the pitcher.
  3. Add sauvignon blanc, pineapple juice, white rum, and sugar. Gently stir to combine and adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate overnight.
  5. To serve, fill a glass with ice and pour in the sangria with a few fruit pieces.
