Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 oz orange curaçao
  • 1/4 oz orgeat almond syrup
  • 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1/2 oz light rum (or 1 oz dark rum)
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/8 oz grenadine
  • Slice of lime for garnish
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Place frozen pineapple, orange curaçao, orgeat almond syrup, light rum, dark rum, and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add crushed ice to a glass and pour grenadine over it.
  3. Pour the blended mixture over the grenadine to create a layered effect.
  4. Stir slightly to blend the grenadine with the mix, creating a gradient effect.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lime and serve chilled.
