Ingredients

  • 1 oz Grenadine
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Rum (or light rum)
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple Rum
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass completely with ice and pour grenadine into the bottom.
  2. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine pineapple juice and coconut rum. Shake well, then strain and slowly pour into the glass to form the middle layer.
  3. In the same shaker, mix pineapple rum and Blue Curacao. Shake briefly, then strain and slowly pour into the glass to form the top layer.
  4. Garnish with pineapple slices, grapefruit slices, and/or maraschino cherries.
