Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Liber & Co Pacific Strawberry Syrup
  • 1 oz Jamaican rum (Appleton 12 recommended)
  • 0.50 oz Campari
  • 1.50 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 dashes absinthe (St. George Absinthe Verte recommended)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
