Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
- 1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
- 1 slice lime (for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a 10-ounce beverage glass with ice (approximately 1 cup).
- Slowly pour the pineapple juice over the ice in the glass, followed by the Malibu coconut rum.
- Place a small spoon, flipped upside down, into the glass at an angle just above the coconut rum.
- Slowly pour the lite cranberry juice onto the center of the upside-down spoon, allowing the cranberry juice to layer on top of the pineapple juice and Malibu coconut rum.
