Ingredients

  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz unsweetened coconut cream
  • 1 1/4 oz pineapple juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup (1:1, sugar:water)
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 4 strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a hurricane glass, muddle strawberries with a few drops of simple syrup, then top with crushed ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the remaining ingredients.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into the hurricane glass.
  5. Add more crushed ice and garnish with a strawberry slice.
