Ingredients

  • 1 oz Grenadine
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple Rum
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass completely with ice and pour grenadine into the bottom.
  2. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine pineapple juice and coconut rum. Strain and pour into the glass slowly to form the middle layer.
  3. In the same shaker, mix pineapple rum and Blue Curacao. Strain into the glass slowly to create the top layer without disturbing the bottom two.
  4. Garnish with pineapple slices, grapefruit slices, and/or maraschino cherries.
