  • 2 oz Bundaberg Pineapple & Coconut
  • 0.70 oz Dark Rum
  • 0.50 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 pineapple pieces (1.5-inch chunks)
  • Pinch of mint
  • Fresh cream
  • Mint sprig for garnish
  • Pineapple leaf for garnish

Instructions
