Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 1 1/2 oz Jamaican rum
  • 1 1/2 oz gold Puerto Rican rum
  • 1 oz 151-proof Demerara rum
  • 1 tsp cinnamon syrup
  • 2 tsp grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 oz lime juice (fresh-squeezed)
  • 1/2 oz falernum
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • 6 drops Herbsaint or Pernod
  • 1 tsp grenadine
  • Garnish: mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. In a blender, crush ¾ cup of ice.
  2. Add all the liquid ingredients to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for 5 seconds.
  4. Pour the mixture into a tall glass, adding more ice cubes until full.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
