Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup in-season fresh fruits (peaches, cherries, pears, apples, strawberries, grapes, kiwis, pineapple, banana, blueberries, etc.)
  • 1/2 bottle white wine
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the fruits (except bananas) and place them in a large pitcher.
  2. Add sugar to the fruit and refrigerate the pitcher for about 20 minutes.
  3. Add mint, wine, and sparkling water to the pitcher.
  4. Mix everything and add the banana slices, if using, at the end.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve with ice cubes and fresh mint leaves.
