Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound fresh fruits (peaches, cherries, pears, apples, strawberries, grapes, kiwis, pineapple, banana, blueberries, etc.)
  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the fruits, except for the banana slices, and place them in a large pitcher.
  2. Add the sugar to the fruit and refrigerate the pitcher for about 20 minutes.
  3. Add the mint, wine, and sparkling water to the pitcher.
  4. Mix everything and add the banana slices at the end, if using.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve with ice cubes and fresh mint leaves.
