Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1 oz soy cream or oat cream
- 1 1/2 oz oat milk or soy milk/almond milk
- 1/3 cup vegan condensed milk
- 1/2 oz espresso
- 1/4 cup full-fat canned coconut milk (use the thick cream only from the top of the can)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth for about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove any residue or unblended coconut milk.
- Transfer the vegan Baileys to sterilized storage jars or bottles and refrigerate immediately.
- Before serving, give the jar/bottle a good shake, as the mixture may naturally separate in the fridge.
