Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz soy cream or oat cream
  • 1 1/2 oz oat milk or soy milk/almond milk
  • 1/3 cup vegan condensed milk
  • 1/2 oz espresso
  • 1/4 cup full-fat canned coconut milk (use the thick cream only from the top of the can)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth for about 30 seconds.
  2. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove any residue or unblended coconut milk.
  3. Transfer the vegan Baileys to sterilized storage jars or bottles and refrigerate immediately.
  4. Before serving, give the jar/bottle a good shake, as the mixture may naturally separate in the fridge.
