A dairy-free, vegan twist on the classic holiday eggnog, spiced with nutmeg, cardamom, and cinnamon, and sweetened with maple syrup and brown sugar. Enjoy it as is or spike it for a boozy holiday treat!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice
- 2 oz full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 oz bourbon or rum

Instructions
