Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice
  • 2 oz full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 oz bourbon or rum
  • whipped cream
  • pinch of cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the non-dairy milk, coconut milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until the eggnog is smooth.
