Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk
  • 1/4 cup vegan heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, cinnamon sticks, and/or dairy-free whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the dairy-free milk, vegan heavy cream, maple syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Carefully pour the eggnog into a glass and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. After chilling, shake or stir well before serving.
