Velvet Cream Espresso Martini
Indulge in the smooth and velvety taste of this creamy espresso martini, made with high-quality Canadian cream for a luxurious twist on the classic.
Ingredients
- 1 oz freshly brewed espresso
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- 1.50 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Canadian heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for garnish)
- 3 coffee beans (for garnish)
Instructions
- Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool in a separate container.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the coffee liqueur, vodka, simple syrup, cooled espresso, and heavy cream.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and vigorously shake for 20 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
- Pour the mixture into a martini glass.
- If desired, use a mini sifter to sprinkle cinnamon on top of the martini.
- Garnish the glass with three coffee beans.
