Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 3/4 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz eggnog
  • 1 1/3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • Grated chocolate and additional chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the softened vanilla ice cream, vodka, eggnog, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate syrup, instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
  2. Dip the rim of a glass in chocolate syrup, then dip it in grated chocolate.
  3. Pour the drink mixture into the prepared glass.
