  • 2 ounces Ketel One vodka
  • 1 ounce fresh beet juice
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 6 mint leaves
  • prosecco, chilled, to top
  • Garnish: mint sprig
  • Garnish: lemon twist

Instructions
