Ingredients
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons dried lavender flowers
- 1/2 oz lavender simple syrup
- 1 1/2 oz Absolut Elyx
- 1 oz coconut water
- 1/2 egg white
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, water, and dried lavender flowers.
- Allow the mixture to come to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before draining through a sieve to remove the lavender buds.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the lavender simple syrup, Absolut Elyx, coconut water, egg white, and lemon juice.
- Shake vigorously until frothy.
- Strain and pour the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with edible flowers or a sprinkle of dried lavender.
