Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz vodka
  • 0.80 oz Chambord
  • Half a lime
  • Half stick of lemongrass, finely sliced
  • 1.70 oz cloudy apple juice
  • Tonic water to top
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime and lemongrass at the bottom.
  2. Add the vodka, Chambord, and apple juice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture with ice.
  4. Strain the liquid into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
  5. Top off with tonic water and stir well.
  6. Garnish with raspberries and a lime slice, then dust over with icing sugar.
