- 1 tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Whole Clove
- 1 Allspice Berry
- 1/8 Vanilla Bean (, slit open vertically)
- 1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 2 oz Dark Rum ((or more, as desired))
- Whipping Cream
- Freshly Grated Nutmeg
- Optional for non-alcoholic: Rum Extract
Instructions
