  • 1 tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Whole Clove
  • 1 Allspice Berry
  • 1/8 Vanilla Bean (, slit open vertically)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 oz Dark Rum ((or more, as desired))
  • Whipping Cream
  • Freshly Grated Nutmeg
  • Optional for non-alcoholic: Rum Extract

Instructions
