Ingredients

  • 1.50 ounces of Tito's Vodka
  • 1/2 ounce St. Germain
  • 1 ounce of watermelon puree
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 1 can of Waterloo Watermelon Sparkling Water
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Prepare the watermelon puree by blending freshly cut watermelon cubes until smooth.
  2. In an old-fashioned or rocks glass, muddle together the mint leaves, Tito's vodka, St. Germain, and watermelon puree.
  3. Fill a shaker with ice, add the vodka mixture, and shake well.
  4. Pour the mixture over ice in the glass.
  5. Fill the remainder of the glass with sparkling water.
  6. Squeeze the juice of one lime on top.
  7. Garnish with additional mint or lime.
