Ingredients
- 4 oz. Rosé Wine
- 1 cup Watermelon Cubes, seedless
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water

- Pour the rosé wine into ice cube trays and freeze until solid, at least 6 hours, until it reaches a slushy consistency.
- Cube the watermelon and freeze on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan until firm, for at least 4 hours.
- Once the wine and watermelon cubes are frozen, transfer them to a plastic bag and freeze for up to a month.
- Create the simple syrup by combining sugar and water, heating them on the stovetop or in the microwave until the sugar dissolves.
- When ready to serve, transfer the frozen wine and watermelon to a blender and blend until smooth, allowing them to defrost at room temperature for a few minutes if necessary.
- Gradually add the simple syrup while tasting, adjusting the sweetness based on the natural sweetness of the wine and fruit.
