Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 oz freshly brewed hot coffee
  • 1 oz Irish whiskey

  1. Make the brown sugar syrup: Combine the brown sugar and water in a small saucepan and boil until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool to room temperature.
