Ingredients
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1 oz Irish whiskey
Instructions
- Make the brown sugar syrup: Combine the brown sugar and water in a small saucepan and boil until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool to room temperature.
- Whip the cream: In a stand mixer or with a hand-held whisk, whip the cream with 1/4 cup of the cooled brown sugar syrup until it reaches the ribbon stage.
