Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 Egg white
- 3/4 oz Simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Heavy cream
- 3 dashes Orange flower water
- Club soda (to top)
Instructions
- Combine gin, simple syrup, heavy cream, equal parts lemon and lime juices, orange flower water, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
- Dry-shake vigorously until well combined.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again thoroughly.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass.
- Pour club soda inside the edge of the shaker to loosen remaining froth, then gently pour it into the drink.
