Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 Egg white
  • 3/4 oz Simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz Heavy cream
  • 3 dashes Orange flower water
  • Club soda (to top)

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, simple syrup, heavy cream, equal parts lemon and lime juices, orange flower water, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
  2. Dry-shake vigorously until well combined.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again thoroughly.
  4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass.
  5. Pour club soda inside the edge of the shaker to loosen remaining froth, then gently pour it into the drink.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
