Ingredients
- 1.50 tbsp sugar
- 0.30 oz Irish whiskey
- 1/2 green apple
- 1 peach
- 2 mint leaves
- 5 oz white wine (moscato or viognier)
- 2 oz soda water/sparkling water
Instructions
- In a jug, mix together the sugar and whiskey until the sugar is dissolved, adding a little wine as needed.
- Thinly slice the apple and peaches, and roughly chop the mint, then add them to the jug.
- Top up the jug with the remaining wine and chill for at least an hour or overnight.
- To serve, spoon some of the fruit into a glass, fill it 3/4 full with the wine blend, and top it up with soda water/sparkling water.
