Ingredients

  • 1.50 tbsp sugar
  • 0.30 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 peach
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 5 oz white wine (moscato or viognier)
  • 2 oz soda water/sparkling water

Instructions

  1. In a jug, mix together the sugar and whiskey until the sugar is dissolved, adding a little wine as needed.
  2. Thinly slice the apple and peaches, and roughly chop the mint, then add them to the jug.
  3. Top up the jug with the remaining wine and chill for at least an hour or overnight.
  4. To serve, spoon some of the fruit into a glass, fill it 3/4 full with the wine blend, and top it up with soda water/sparkling water.
