Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 0.30 oz Irish whiskey
- 1/2 green apple
- 1 peach
- 2-3 mint leaves
- 3 oz white wine (e.g., moscato)
- 2 oz soda water/sparkling water (approx)
Instructions
- In a jug, mix together the sugar and whiskey, using a little wine to help the sugar dissolve.
- Thinly slice the apple and peach, and roughly chop the mint, then add them to the jug.
- Top up the jug with the remaining wine and chill for at least an hour or overnight.
- When ready to serve, spoon some of the fruit into a glass and fill it around 3/4 full with the wine blend.
- Top up the glass with soda water or sparkling water.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the wine used.
- For a stronger flavor, add more whiskey, or incorporate a little apple juice for an enhanced apple taste.
