Ingredients
- 2 oz Whisky
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Sugar syrup
- 3 Dashes Cocktail bitters
- 0.50 oz Egg white
- 1 Lemon wedge
Instructions
- Prepare the lemon for squeezing and garnish.
- Fill a whisky tumbler and cocktail shaker with cubed ice.
- Pour all the ingredients into the shaker.
- Close the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 7 seconds.
- Remove the small top of the shaker and strain the ingredients into the iced glass.
- Place the fresh lemon wedge into the cocktail.
