Ingredients

  • 2 oz Whisky
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz Sugar syrup
  • 3 Dashes Cocktail bitters
  • 0.50 oz Egg white
  • 1 Lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemon for squeezing and garnish.
  2. Fill a whisky tumbler and cocktail shaker with cubed ice.
  3. Pour all the ingredients into the shaker.
  4. Close the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 7 seconds.
  5. Remove the small top of the shaker and strain the ingredients into the iced glass.
  6. Place the fresh lemon wedge into the cocktail.
