A Scottish twist on the classic Irish Coffee, this cocktail combines The Glenlivet Founders Reserve with freshly brewed filter coffee and lightly whipped double cream, creating a delightful balance of sweet, smooth, and caffeinated flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz The Glenlivet Founders Reserve
  • 5 oz Freshly Brewed Filter Coffee
  • 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Boiling Water
  • 2 tablespoons Lightly Whipped Double Cream

Instructions

  1. Heat a heatproof glass.
  2. Add the brown sugar and boiling water to the glass. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Pour The Glenlivet Founders Reserve into the glass.
  4. Add the freshly brewed filter coffee to the mixture.
  5. Gently layer the lightly whipped double cream on top of the liquid.
  6. Grate nutmeg over the cream.
  7. Serve immediately.
