Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz. Japanese blended whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. maple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. egg white

Instructions

  1. Combine Japanese whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain the mixture back into the empty shaker and shake again without ice.
  4. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a mist of aromatic bitters.
