Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz. Japanese blended whiskey
- 3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. maple syrup
- 1/2 oz. egg white
Instructions
- Combine Japanese whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain the mixture back into the empty shaker and shake again without ice.
- Fine strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a mist of aromatic bitters.
