Whisky Oat Dream

This delightful cocktail, known as Atholl Brose, originates from Scotland and is reminiscent of a honeyed whisky Baileys. The recipe combines oats, water, whisky, honey, and optional cream for a rich and indulgent drink. The oats are soaked in water for 24 hours, and after straining, the remaining liquid is mixed with honey and whisky, creating a sweet and smooth concoction. Adding cream elevates the drink to an even more luxurious level, making it a truly special treat.
