Ingredients
- 1/6 medium lime, sliced
- 1/6 medium lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped green apple
- 1/6 medium peach, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sliced strawberries
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brandy or Grand Marnier
- 5 oz dry crisp white wine
- 1-3 teaspoons maple syrup, agave, simple syrup, or cane sugar (to taste)
- Sparkling water (optional)
- Strawberries and fresh mint for topping (optional)
- Ice or frozen berries for serving
Instructions
- Add all the chopped fruit into a pitcher.
- Pour in brandy and white wine, then stir to combine.
- Taste and add sweetener, if desired, starting with 1 teaspoon at a time.
- Chill the pitcher in the fridge for at least 1-4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, stir the sangria and pour over a glass of ice or frozen berries.
- Top with sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint and strawberries, if desired.
- Leftover sangria can be kept fresh in the fridge for about 5 days.
