Ingredients

  • 1/6 medium lime, sliced
  • 1/6 medium lemon, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green apple
  • 1/6 medium peach, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sliced strawberries
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brandy or Grand Marnier
  • 5 oz dry crisp white wine
  • 1-3 teaspoons maple syrup, agave, simple syrup, or cane sugar (to taste)
  • Sparkling water (optional)
  • Strawberries and fresh mint for topping (optional)
  • Ice or frozen berries for serving

Instructions

  1. Add all the chopped fruit into a pitcher.
  2. Pour in brandy and white wine, then stir to combine.
  3. Taste and add sweetener, if desired, starting with 1 teaspoon at a time.
  4. Chill the pitcher in the fridge for at least 1-4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, stir the sangria and pour over a glass of ice or frozen berries.
  6. Top with sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint and strawberries, if desired.
  7. Leftover sangria can be kept fresh in the fridge for about 5 days.
