Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 oz bourbon
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 egg whites
