Ingredients
- 4 cups half-and-half
- 5 frosted sugar cookies, plus extra for serving
- 4 oz vanilla vodka
- 2 oz white chocolate syrup
- Vanilla frosting, for rimming the glass
- Sprinkles, for rimming the glass
Instructions
- Heat the half-and-half in a small saucepan until simmering, then add in the frosted sugar cookies. Let the cookies steep in the warm milk mixture for at least an hour to infuse flavor. Strain out any remaining cookie bits and chill the cream mixture until ready to use.
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the vodka, 4 ounces of infused cookie cream, and white chocolate syrup. Shake well until the shaker is frosty and the drink is foamy, about 30 seconds.
