Ingredients

  • 4 oz red wine (Malbec)
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tbsp brandy
  • 1 tbsp triple sec
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice (Swerve)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 pear, diced
  • 1/4 apple, cored and diced
  • 2-3 orange slices

Instructions

  1. Combine red wine, pomegranate juice, brandy, triple sec, and sweetener in a slow cooker.
  2. Stir to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Add the cinnamon stick and diced pear and apple.
  4. Set the slow cooker to low and simmer for 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours, add the orange slices and serve the warm winter sangria.
