Ingredients

  • 1 tea bag
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 oz frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 oz brandy
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Club soda, seltzer water, or lemon-lime soda
  • Orange slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat 1/2 cup water and sugar until the sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add the tea bag. Let it steep until cooled, then discard the tea bag.
  2. In a freezer-friendly container, combine the tea syrup, thawed orange juice concentrate, thawed lemonade concentrate, brandy, and 3/4 cup water. Stir well and cover with an airtight lid.
  3. Freeze the mixture overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, scoop the brandy slush into glasses and top off with club soda, seltzer water, or lemon-lime soda. Garnish with an orange slice.
