Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butterscotch Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Cream Soda (cold)
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 tbsp Butterscotch Syrup (warmed)

Instructions

  1. In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and warmed butterscotch syrup until soft peaks form. Set aside.
