Ingredients

  • 2 cups of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon of butter at room temperature
  • 1.50 ounces of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 ounces of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Soda water

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the vanilla cream soda. Heat 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar until the sugar dissolves, then let it cool. Add the vanilla extract and refrigerate the mixture. When ready to use, add soda water to create the base liquid.
  2. In a bowl, beat the softened butter with the spices and brown sugar. Once mixed, add the vanilla ice cream, combine well, and place in the freezer.
  3. Heat the vanilla cream until it becomes hot but not burned, for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Remove the ice cream from the freezer, stir it, and pour it into beer mugs. Then, cover it with the hot "beer" mixture.
  5. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
