  • 1 1/2 oz HENDRICK'S GIN
  • 1/2 oz Aperol
  • Yuzu Soda (to top)
  • A Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Lime Wheels for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a wine glass with cubed ice.
  2. Pour HENDRICK'S GIN and Aperol over the ice.
  3. Top with Yuzu Soda.
  4. Add a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Lightly stir the ingredients together.
  6. Garnish with lime wheels and serve.
